Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent rooms and service, with a few drawbacks regarding location and dining. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is outstanding, but the location is a bit far from the center, and the dining options could be improved.
The hotel is a great spot in the city center, with spacious and clean rooms featuring a balcony and convenient access to the terrace. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. The location is convenient for exploring Rome though the presence of random strangers due to the nearby bar can be a downside. The dining options were decent, offering a continental breakfast to kick off the day.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Eternal City. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, allowing me to move comfortably in a wheelchair. The service was amazing, with very friendly staff. The location was excellent for a short trip on a bus then the metro, even though a bit far from the center. The dining experience provided plenty of fresh choices, but the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a downside.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that lack a fridge which is essential in a hot country like the Eternal City. While the rooms are spacious, small fridges would be a beneficial addition for keeping drinks cool. The service was outstanding, with excellent tact and a helpful, friendly staff. The location is excellent for accessing Rome central and the main train station, although the dining, while rich, was nearly an American breakfast but lacked local meats. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
